MRF-Z®: Methanol Synthesis Reactor

Demand for methanol is growing rapidly not only as feedstaock for chermicals but also as fuel for blending with gasoline, as feedstock for methanol-to-olefin (MTO) plants and as feedstock for DME used as fuel. TOYO’s MRF-Z reactor enables construction of plants with a capacity of 5,000 – 6,000 ton/day in a single train. TOYO’s MRF-Z reactor, which has the specific features of multi-stage indirect cooling and a radial flow, would facilitate the capacity increase of methanol plants.
