Jointly with Mitsui & Co., Ltd., Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. and Tsuneishi Holdings Corporation, our company entered into a collaboration agreement with Institute of National Colleges of Technology, Japan, regarding "Overseas internship for students of National Colleges of Technology, Japan".
This internship project aims at fostering personnel capable of working on international scenes as well as engineers with practical expertise by inviting students of National Colleges of Technology, Japan and faculty members to overseas enterprises. Overseas business points of the host companies cooperate to hold sessions in Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines for 3 weeks from March 8 (Sun.) through March 28 (Sat.), 2009.
Our group company in Malaysia, Toyo Engineering & Construction Sdn. Bhd., where some of the employees have received education at National Colleges of Technology in Japan and are working as engineers, will continue support in providing international-minded personnel by exposing them to different cultures through this internship project.
