Toyo Engineering Corporation (TOYO) announced Medium-term Business Plan “NEXT TOYO 2015” covering four--year period from fiscal 2012 to 2015.
With “NEXT TOYO 2015”, TOYO steers in the direction toward challenge for growth based on previous medium-term business plans and strives for the realization of TOYO’s vision “Global Leading Engineering Partner”.
With the prospect of the global market, where population growth & urbanization, innovation for energy development technologies and cross-border expansion of financial & capital market are going on, the demand of consumer goods, energy, foods, water and others especially in emerging countries as well as the production from unconventional oil and gas fields in resource rich countries are expected to expand.
To meet these market trend, TOYO intends to provide the competitive EPC services to the clients through global operation system and increase the market share of fertilizer field with high demand by utilizing the advantage to have own licensed technology. TOYO also intends to accelerate business in energy upstream field and enter into the EPC business for LNG field. TOYO actively advances the support for the globalization of clients. TOYO will further enhance own strong points and promote business in the belief that its differentiated strategy to be selected by the clients will become the key to success.

Under “NEXT TOYO 2015”, TOYO will make every effort to achieve the management target by basic policy and strategy. The first policy is to enhance the integrated global operation system in order to maximize the effect of consolidated management by leveraging overseas EPC affiliates. The second policy is to move toward upstream segment and customer value chain in order to expand TOYO’s business field toward its growth. This aims at both the expansion to upstream segment such as oil & gas field development and the conversion to a business category to provide professional services through customer value chain. The third policy is to develop and strengthen global human capitals by establishment of human resource infrastructure to attract and motivate human capitals worldwide.
