Marketable Security Solution

The marketable security solution comprises the following two systems.

1.

Front and Middle Office System that accepts transaction orders from investors, forwards them to the market and carries out the procedures until the transaction is complete. (Hereinafter, the "Front System")

2.

The Back Office System that is used after the completion of a marketable securities transaction. It calculates the commissions and tax based on the type, quantity, unit price and other details of the specified brand, accurately transfers the fund for the marketable security between the purchaser and seller and to external related institutions, and prepares slips and other documents as stipulated by law. (Hereinafter, the "Back System")

Conventionally, the Front System is processed on the host computer along with Back System. The points of contact with investors increased to include the Internet and call centers in addition to face-to-face transactions at sales offices. TOYO has also prepared in-house development standards and framework, thereby achieving a long-lasting system configuration.
