There is demand to promote the transition from automobiles to more efficient, larger-capacity railways, often referred to as a modal shift.

TOYO’s transportation system business spans the world, encompassing inter-city railways, suburban railways, subways and others, in addition to new transportation systems like monorails. We can implement projects through alliances in various forms, such as joint ventures, consortia and establishment of special purpose companies. When procuring sub-systems, we select the optimum from those available around the world, and are willing to hire local vendors for construction works. Toyo Transport Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in 2007, offering technologies and support services that are unique to railways.
