EzTrack, a production management system

Summary

The production management system, EzTrack, is a production management solution that prevents errors in the handling of source materials. It is the optimum system for the manufacturers of pharmaceutical products, quasi-drugs, fine chemicals and food products.
The system may be used, for example, in the processes where workers measure the necessary amount of materials using electronic balances or scales and inject them into blending tanks and mixers, or where workers use batch counters for preparing large amount of liquid materials.

Features

In conventional management methods, separate management systems are applied, operated and managed for each of the three processes of the warehouse (storage), measurement and blending (preparation, mixing, etc.). As such, the materials conveyed in a cross-sectional manner are not managed uniformly among the processes (warehouse --> measurement --> blending). For this reason, an error may occur with the materials when handling them.

By attaching a barcode label to each unit of material handled, EzTrack enables the entire work history to be managed and recorded from the time the materials are received at the warehouse until the material is used in the blending tank.
