Thorough hands-on policy
To bolster productivity, it is necessary to understand the diverse phenomena that arise at worksites from multiple perspectives by probing the facts (true essence of the issue) at the worksites.
To derive an appropriate solution, TOYO conducts interviews with the people in charge and surveys on the actual conditions to appropriately clarifying the situations that differ among each of the clients, then analyzes the findings quantitatively.
We deliberate over the essential nature of the issues, formulate hypothesis for appropriate solutions based on the analysis and survey results, then verify the effects of the solutions, to achieve the target with certainty.
